Products description
This Trilobite from the lower devonian of the Germany belongs to the species Morocops (Lahnops) steinmeyeri. Systematically is this a very infesting species.
In Basse & Müller, 2016 was this species esablishced still under the Genus Barrandeops. However Barrandeops sensu McKellar & Chatterton, 2009 is a junior synonym of Morocops, Basse 2006.
In the Phacopid paper of Viersen, Holland & Koppka 2017 is the genus Barrandeops officially revised with supportive review commendation provided by Brian Chatterton
and Raimund Feist.
