Products description
Here is an inexpensive and quite large specimen of a eurypterid of the species Balteurypterus tetragonophtalmus from the Silurian of Ukraine. This fossil sea scorpion presents itself from the ventral side. At the head shield, the eurypterus is about 27 mm wide. This specimen would probably have been about 95 mm long when complete.
