Products description

Her eis a quite large Chotecops from Bundenback in a classical Salter - Embedding.
The thorax and pygidium are exposed from the ventral body side and the head shild is shown from the dorsal side and is slitly drifted as well. This is the exact pattern of a Salter - Embedding that allows some understanding the way of molting sequence of Phacopid - Trilobites. This special preservation was described by the british palaeontologist John William Salter so that this exuviae’s pattern is named after him.
There is a other trilobite partial as well on this plate. The complete trilobite is about 62 mm long.
