| [Acanthopyge (Lobopyge) bassei Chatterton and Gibb 2010] This is a Lichid - Trilobite of the species Belenopyge bassei. It should here be explained that the genus Lobopyge is invalid for all trilobites becourse this taxa was preoccupied for a Millipede. The next closest Taxa Belenopyge (Pek & Vanek, 1991) is suggested by Özdikmen in 2009. The present trilobite shows a good preservation and preparation. Only two axial rings have a light restoration. This trilobite was completely prepared in Germany. | |||
