This is a Large specimen of a longarm shrip of the species Mecochirus longimanatus from the lithographic limestone of Eichstätt. This Mecochirus longimanatus has a interesting feature to offer.
It comes along with its death track.

The Solnhofen Limestone is one of the rare Fossil locality’s where tracks and the creature that made them fossilized together  
The Fossil  Mecochirus itself is about 228 mm long
