Here is a fantastic Bundenbach fossil plate with two large and complete Starfish fossils from the lower Devonian of Germany. The first fossil brittle star is a large specimen of the species Loriolaster mirabilis. The Starfish is shown from the artactive oral side and mesures about 153 x 79 mm, as it is on the Bundenbach plate. The second fossil specimen is a also quite uncommon Euzonosoma tischbeinianum. This starfish is embedded in a umbrella posing and is also about to 50% covered by Loriolaster. Altogether is this a rage and unusual assemble of Bundenbach Fossils. It’s a articularly an lively and decorative showpiece from the lower Devonian of Germany.
