Fossils calender 2011: “From Depth of Time”
From the depth of time fossils tell the story of the origin and development of life on earth. In the order of their appearance, from extremely old to nearly up-to-date times, the calender shows selected fossils that are typical for their time and also attractive to the eye. The specimens come from locations all across the world, e.g. North America, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, France or North Africa.Designed in the proved layout known from the preceding calenders (2009, 2010), every month shows a beautiful photography, with some notes about the fossil, its size, geological time setting, location where it was found, and additional information. The calender is only available in German language, but of course we gladly like to show it to our English speaking visitors, too.
Some copies of the preceding calenders of this series (2009, 2010) are still available as collector’s items (while quantity lasts) and are shown here:
