Products description

Here is a unusual Trilobite from the famely of Dalmanitdae that seems to belong to the genus of Morgatia (sensu HAMMANN, 1972). One of the most typical features of this genus is the round shape of the pygidium without midal spine, the rachis do not reach the rim of the pygidium.

North Ait Ihya near Alnif, South Marocco 
Size Trilobite:about 22 mm long
Age:Lower Ordovician, Llanvirn (Ca. 480 Mill. Years)
