Here is a quite nice trilobite of the Genus Asteropyge from the devonian of Casablanca. This trilobite was mentiond by Richter, 1943 under open nomenclature as Asteropyge sp. A. Today is this trilobite often labeled as “true” Metacanthina barrandei or even as “Hollardops barrandei”*. (*The last is defiantly nonsense because Metacanthina barrandei is type species of its genus !) | |||
