This is a fossil Phyllocarid Mandible (mouthpart) from the Carboniferous age of Germany. This fossil likely belongs to the species Kulmocaris reculta. German Phyllocarid fossils from the lower Carboniferous are extremely rare. The Fossil itself is about 15 mm long. | |||
