These freshwater shrimps from the Permian of Pfeffelbach (Germany) belong to the species Uronectes fimbriatus. In older collections Uronectes fimbriatus may be also labeld under the synonym Gampsonyx fimbriatus. This plate shows two complete specimens. One of the crustacean fossils presents itself in the side position that is typical for this species. The second specimen shows the dorsal side and offers a much more detailed preservation. This specimen is about 9 mm long. | |||
