| Here is a classic Morocco trilobite of the genus Cyphaspis from Jbel Oufaten. This trilobite comes from an old collection and may have been prepared in Germany. The trilobite shows some restorations, especially at the base of the left cheek spine a repair is visible on the UV image. But a restoration can also be seen along the adhesion line as well as the 3rd pleural segments right tip. It is nevertheless a decorative Morocco trilobite on a handsome matrix. | |||
