This is a large and interesting plate with numerous Ediacara fossils of the species Nemiana simplex. In this piece, the hexagonal patterns created by the growth and displacement of the individuals can be observed particularly well. The largest Nemiana on this piece measures about 26 mm in diameter. On the back, numerous negatives can also be seen.
