Here is a plate with two specimens of this extremely rare trilobite. Sometimes this trilobite is also offered as Cyclopyge umbonata what seems to be only a synonym for this species.

	Size trilobite:	about 23 mm long
	Age:	Middle Ordovician, Llanvirn, Dobrotivá Formation (About 470 mill. Years old)
