Products description

This nice Scutellum shows a beautiful light ruby colour and some very delicate surface details of carapace. And is shows also a very interesting bite mark, a pathology of the pygidium.
This injury must be very fresh because it shows no traces of healing or wound sealing at all.  The injury it self was not deadly, we know Scutelind trilobites that lost and regenerate nearly 50 % of the tail. There are no restorations or reconstructions made on this trilobite.
