Her eis a very nice 4 winged dragonfly from the family of  Tarsophlebiidae.
There are two species of Tarsophlebia known in the lithographic limestone of Sonhofen.
This is the smaller species. The wings showing amazingly detailed the alder structure, the lower part of the body is primary gone.

The fossil Insect does has a wingspan of about 58 mm.
