Products description

This completely enrolled trilobite shows a very interesting speciality. It is not only a Fossil trilobite is also a fossil Spirit level. These also called fossil bubble levels are Cavities in sediment rocks that are only partial filled with surrounding sediment.  The Mud is on the bottom and the watter bubble indicates the top.
In the later digenetic progress is the water bubble in many cases be completely or partial filled by calcite crystals. This is also on this fossil the case. By the way, fossil Spirit levels are not restricted on fossil organism but a fossil bubble level in a fossil trilobite is mush more attractive an interesting.
