Here is a Outstanding gilberti from the lower Cambrian of Nevada in a remarkable preservation. Trilobites with calcite skin like this specimen where at no time common in the “Ruin Wash” locality. But anyway this famous locality is today also depleted and provides no further collecting. The Fossil layers are dip to steep down to follow them. So that this is a classical trilobite from a classical side.
