[Syn. : Harpoceras alternatum]

Here is a  good specimen of a Harpoceratoides alternatus from the early Jurassic nodular beds of Altdorf near Nurnberg. The Holotype of this species is public displayed in the museum of Whitby/Yorkshire under the N. 338.
