Here is a large and nice Dragonfly from the lithographic limestone of Solnhofen. All four wings are perfectly articulated and the body is also preserved as well. The fossil insect offers a very nice and fine preservation of the elder structures of the wings. This impressive fossil specimen of a Dragonfly shows a wingspan of about 145 mm. | |||
