| Here is a beautiful develop Rokycany nodule with servile trilobites of the species Placoparia barrandei. The entire concretion is full with trilobites, this piece is truly a pictebook example of a classical Rokycany concretion. New finds are today not anymore possible because the strict collecting restriction on the fields around Rokycany, today is the collecting forbidden. In the past where the lose nodules collected in the springtime after the ploughing of the fields. Only one of about 100 nodules contains a remarkable fossil like this piece. The Matrix measures about 50 x 42 mm. | |||
