| Here is a extemly fine preserved specimen of a rare Weeksina unispina. The name providing feature of this trilobite species is the small spine on the rachis. The Genus was established by RESSER in the year 1935, Weeksinia unispina is the type species. Charles Doolittle Walcott described it first as Asaphiscus? unispinus that indicates that that he was not sure in what genus this new species belongs. | |||
