Here is a fantastic specimen of a Paradoxides gracilis together with a rare and unusual arthropod that seems to belong to the genus Forfexicaris. Forfexicaris is a round to oval shaped arthropod with on the body axis two divided carapace. Forfexicaris is better known from the lower Cambrian of Chengjiang. First mentiond from the middle Cambrian of the Czech Republic is this genus by Kordule and Chlupáč in the year 2002. The complete scientific description is still to be made. | |||
