Here is a very rare Trilobite from the lower Devonian of the Mador el Kebir. Paralejurus elayounensis is one of the most rare Paralejurus species from Morokko. The very large Pygidium with its typical ornamentation is one of Paralejurus elayounensis most imported species characteristics. P. elayounensis is also one of the largest species of Paralejurus. This specimen does show a very good detail preservation and it offers a beautifully show side. The Pygidium is on the right body side slightly eroded but the trilobite is free of any restorations or reconstructions. | |||
