Products description
Here is a inexpensive example of a rare Anomura Decapod of the Genus Magila. This specimen seems to belong to the species Magila latimana and it shows unfortunate a typical preservation of the grub. Anomurids are closely related to the hermit crabs and they do have also very few hard body parts. This is why these fossils are so often poorly preserved.
The fossil itself is about 50 mm long.
