This is a squid tentacle crown of a Acanthoteutis speciosa.
Acanthoteutis speciosa is mostly found like this piece as isolated tentacle crown.
It is assumed that predators only eat the softer parts of the body becourse the very sharp hooks at the tentacles. The Fossil it self is about 175 mm long.
