This is a superb fossil of a predatory fish of the genus Caturus from Eichstätt. This specimen offers a super nice deepness of details that is rarely seen Caturus. The posing of all fins is perfect. The head is also very good preserved and presented nicely the sharp teeth. In the back body part is a small restoration that blends in to the glue line. The fossil fish itself is about 196 mm long.
