This is a nice belemnite of the species Hibolithes semisulcatus from Nusplingen.
The belemnite rostrum it self is about 37 mm long.

Nusplingen, Solnhofen, Germany 
Size of Plate:about 60 x  51 mm
Age:Upper Jurasic , Malm zeta (about. 150 Mill. years)
