This is a Choffatia aff. Raguini from the mittle Jurassic of Maine et Loire in France.
May be the ammonites from this locality represented a morphotype of Choffatia isabellae.

Montreuil Bellay,  Maine et Loire France 
Size of Ammonite:about  44 mm
Age:Middle Jurasic, Calovian (about 164 Mill. years)
