Products description

This is a nice trilobite of the species Aphelaspis westropi from the upper cambrian of  Cranbrook in British Columbia. This trilobite is often labeled as Labiostria westropi. But Labiostria PALMER, 1955 is in  Jell & Adrain 2002 listed as  synonym of Aphelaspis, fide PALMER, 1965.

Tanglefoot Creek near Cranbrook, British Columbia, Kanada British Columbia, Canada
Size trilobite: about 11 mm long
Age: Upper Cambrian, McKay group , (about. 518 Mill. y.o.)
