Here is a wonderfull fossil crinoid of the species Caleidocrinus multiramus from the czech ordovician. Along the stem to two the crown measures this Caleidocrinus multiramus  about 160 mm.
The crinoids fossil shows nice on the plate an offers a detailed preservation and a attractive contrast.
