Here is a large enrolled trilobite of the genus Asaphellus from the Ordovician of Morocco. This trilobite is sometimes also labelled as Lannacus or even the type species Lannacus nericiensis. The pregalabellar field of the baltic trilobite genus Lannacus is not roundly shaped, like on this trilobite. Lannacus does have a triangular, in the front slightly pointed cephalalon. | |||
