Here is a rare Precambrian fossil of the species Horodyskia williamsii from the Mesoproterozoic Cassiterite Creek Quartzite of Tasmania that dates about 1070 Mill years in age. Horodyskia is discriped as a „string of beads“. As usual is the interpretation of such old fossils difficult. Horodyskia was compared with colonial foraminifers. | |||
