| This is a fossil leave specimen of the species Davidia antique from the Pleistocene of Montana. The genus Davidia is in fact a living fossil that is today represented by dove tree (Davidia involucrata Baillon,1871). This fossil Davidia leaf mesures about 46 x 33 mm. | |||
