Here is a rare and very detailed Proetid Trilobite of the species Lepidoproetus maharchianus from the lower Devonian of Atchana, Morocco. Johnson und Fortey establiched in 2012 eight new species from the Ihandar Formation of Morocco. This specimen offers a outstanding level of detail and is shown on a decorative, naturally shaped piece of limestone. Completely prone would this trilobite be about 25 mm long.
