This is a fossil Pterosaur tooth that likely belongs to the genus Ramphorhynchus. Fossils of Pterosaurs or other reptiles are very rare in the Jurassic of Solnhofen. This Ramphorhynchus teeth offers a very good preservation. The fossil it self is about 13 mm long.
