Here is a nice agnostied trilobite dopube of the rare species Peronopsis segmenta.
There is a third Trilobite of this species on the backside of the plate. In total are three trilobites on this piece. The two Peronopsis segmenta  on the front side are about 6 and 7 mm long. The specimen on the other side is also about 7 mm long.

It appers that Peronopsis segmenta is one of the few Utah Agnostids that after Naimark, 2002 still belong to the genus Peronopsis.
