Products description

Here is a example of a soft body arthropod or Trilobitomorph of the genus Naraoia.
This Naraoia has the head partially fliped under. Anyway it  is an inexpensive example of a detailed soft body fossil from the Chengjiang Lagerstatte. And it shows the typical spines of the species Naraoia spinosa.
The term “Trilobitomorph* (sesu Størmer) is actually outdated but still descries the systematic controversy of this group its closer relation to the class of Trilobita.

Chengjiang, eastern Yunnan Province, South China
Size trilobite:about 18 mm long
Age:Lower Cambrian, Heilinpu Fm., Yu'anshan Member, (about. 522 Mill. y.o.)
