Products description

Here is a fossil predatory fish of the species Eurypholis boissieri from the Lebanese Cretaceous.
This Eurypholis offers a rather rare and interesting embedding. The fossil fish presents itself almost perfectly in the prone position and can therefore be viewed from an unusual perspective. This is particularly noticeable with the large head and teeth.
The genus Eurypholis is apparently a good analogy to the saying "A large flap and lots of space behind This greed rag apparently also has a prey fish in its belly. However, this is hardly noticeable, only parts of a smaller spine are visible.
The fossil fish itself is about 104 mm long.
