Here is a fossil mudfish of the species Agoultichthys chattertoni from the Upper Cretaceous of Morocco. This genus and species Agoultichthys chattertoni was only described in 2008 and represents a first record of this group from the Cretaceous period in North Africa. The fossil fish is about 77 mm long.
