| This plate shows some sclerites of an annelid worm of the genus Plumulites. Plumulites was initially only be known from fossil like this with issilated amour plates. The individual sclerites were interpreted as parts of arthropods or echinoderms. Only after the discovery of articulated specimens was it clear that Plumulites is an armored feather worm. Also on the plate is a pygidium of an agnostid trilobite which probably belongs to the genus Geragnostus. | |||
