Products description

This decorative plate shows two fossils Crinoids of the species Scyphocrinites elegans from Morocco.
Both sea lilies show a beautiful and detailed preservation. In the larger specimen, the crown measures about 150 mm in length.

 
 

Location:

Near Erfoud,  Bou Tchrafine, Morocco 
Size of Matrix :about 310 x 300 mm
Age:Upper Silurian to Lower Devonian, Pridolan - Lochkovian  Upper detortus-Zone to hesperius-Zone (ca. 419 Ma)
