| Here is a fossil sea urchin of the species Hemicidaris intermedia from the Swiss Jura. The specimen shows an extremely beautiful and detailed preservation. In addition, a spine is embedded in the matrix together with the fossil sea urchin. This Hemicidaris intermedia itself measures about 32 mm, only the capsule. | |||
