This piece shows a trilobite of the species Barrandia homfrayi as well as a specimen of a very rare carpoidea from the Hope Shales. Echinoderms (Echinodermata) are in the D. artus biozone of England and Wales are extremely rare. The trilobite itself is about 42 mm long
This is an interesting double from the British Ordovician .
