Products description

Here is a very rare and detailed trilobite of the species Eodiscus punctatus from the Cambrian of St. Davids.   This specimen shows a particularly beautiful depth of detail. The long spicula or cheek spines on the head shield are also remarkable on this specimen.  These are usually not preserved and are rarely documented.
Representatives of the Eodiscina are generally rare, complete articulated specimens are almost always rarities.
This Eodiscus punctatus measures about 6 mm in length.
