This trilobite slab features several specimens of Bavarilla zemmourensis, with the central individual standing out due to its preserved antennae. Preserved antennae are truly a rarity among trilobites. In certain zones of the Fezouata Shales, trilobites with antennae do occur, but they are uncommon and rarely as well-preserved as this specimen. The Bavarilla zemmourensis witeh the antennae measures approximately 32 mm in length, excluding the antennae. This is a rare and decorative display piece from the Lower Ordovician of Morocco. | |||
