| This specimen from the Pragian of Mardor el Kebrir presents a finely preserved trilobite, Leonaspis burketti, accompanied by a notable associated fauna. Numerous microfossils and very small specimens are embedded with the trilobite, among which juvenile marine gastropods are conspicuously abundant. These small snails resemble juvenile stages of genera such as Platyceras and Trochonema or comparable taxa. The trilobite itself measures approximately 27 mm in length. The UV Picture does not even show a glue Line. This piece is an especially interesting and finely detailed display specimen and far from ordinary. | |||
