Here is a rare and relatively large trinucleid trilobite of the species Deanaspis senftenbergi, collected from the iron mine at Trubin near Beroun. It is an old collection specimen from František Hanuš, with the year 1925 recorded as the date of discovery. At that time, the Trubin iron mine was probably already out of operation.
The trilobite itself measures approximately 35 mm in length. Overall, it is an interesting and historically significant fossil.
