This is a rather rare and attractive trilobite of the species Pseudodechenella rowi from the Givetian of New York. The specimen measures approximately 29 mm in width and would be about 36 mm long if fully outstretched.
The pygidium is slightly tucked under, and the trilobite shows a subtle diagenetic deformation on its left side.
