Products description
Here we have a very detailed specimen of this rare dragonfly species from the lithographic limestone of Solnhofen. The fine alders of the wings is very good visible and also the body is completely preserved. The stone was carefuly glued and doubled with a other Solnhofen plate to make the plate stronger and lees fragile. The insect does have a wingspan of about 119 mm.
